Return & Exchange Guidelines
For all returns and exchanges we require a video of product unboxing within 24 hours of delivery to confirm that the damage did not occur during transit, please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process:

We accept returns and issue refunds if you have received a wrong product.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We only offer returns to prepaid orders

Time Frame: You must report any defective product within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be honored.

Refund Amount: The refund will be for the product’s purchase price, with a nominal return charge of 150-200 deducted to cover return processing.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at emaanessentials3@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.

Requesting a Return: The return or exchange process will begin only after our Customer Experience Team accepts your request, which typically happens within 48 hours of you contacting us.

Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup only after our Customer Experience Team has confirmed your request. Reverse pickup service is subject to availability in your area. If it’s not available, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our company address.

Packaging: Please ensure all items are packaged securely in the same condition as they were delivered to you.

Product Condition: You must keep all tags on the items. If a tag is removed or lost, we may refuse to accept the return or exchange.

Refund Method: Refunds for prepaid orders will be returned to the original payment method.
2. Policy for Incorrect Products
We accept exchanges for incorrect items or sizes.

Incorrect Products or Sizes: If you have received the wrong product or the wrong size, the exchange will be free of charge.

Tampered Packaging: If the delivery package is tampered with or damaged, you are required to reject the delivery. If you still accept it, you must provide an unboxing video or images of the packaging before and after unboxing within 24 hours of delivery.

Cuts/Holes in Apparel: We require a video of product unboxing within 24 hours of delivery to confirm that the damage did not occur during transit.

3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products or sizes.

Exchange Fee: A small processing fee of ₹100/- per Product will be charged for all exchanges unless the issue is from our side due to a wrong product or wrong size being delivered to you.

Size Chart: Please review our detailed size chart before making a purchase, as exchanges for size issues are only available for products incorrectly shipped by us.
4. Final Sale Items
Please be aware that all clearance, sale, or specially marked items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
